Perfectly located to explore the natural wonders of this spectacular
region which offers fabulous beaches, swimming, bush walking,
 windsurfing, surfing, golf and many other activities.

Three fully self contained, two bedrooms, cedar cabins on four acres
surrounded by dairy pastures with magnificent views of the Strzelecki
 Ranges, Corner Inlet and Wilsons Promontory National Park.

Each cabin sleeps up to five people and contains fully equipped
kitchen, laundry, bathroom, lounge/dining, DVD and CD players and
 a split system air conditioning unit for instant heating and cooling all year round.

There is a covered barbeque for our guest’s convenience.

We invite you to relax and share the peaceful atmosphere.


TARIFFS

OFF PEAK RATES PER NIGHT (1st May to 31st August)
$130 per couple, $20 extra per adult and $10 extra per child
(under 16 years of age).

PEAK PERIOD RATES PER NIGHT (1st September to 30th April)
$160 per couple, $20 extra per adult and $10 extra per child
(under 16 years of age).


OFF PEAK SPECIALS
Book 2 or more nights and receive a 10% discount.
Group bookings - discounts apply.

TWO NIGHT MINIMUM STAY
Three and four night minimum stays apply to public holiday weekends.
(One night stays may be considered - surcharge applies).

LINENS

Please note that linens (sheets, towels and pillow cases)
are not supplied unless requested (a surcharge applies).
Blankets, doonas and pillows are supplied.

PAYMENTS

50% deposit upon booking and balance to be paid 2 weeks
prior to arrival date. Bookings made within 2 weeks of arrival require 100% payment upon booking.
Payment by credit card, cheque or direct deposit.


CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

Cancellations prior to 2 weeks prior of arrival will result in a full refund.
Cancellations within 2 weeks of arrival will result in no refund unless a new
booking is obtained to cover all the days booked
(if the new booking covers a portion of your original booking, a partial refund will result).

No refund for non-arrival.
